Intensive Mentoring and Micro-Electronics Research for Students in Engineering
|
Principles of the IMMERSE Program
- Undergraduate students are paid as researchers and trained through one-on-one interaction with faculty and experienced students
- Students are embedded into existing research groups and then given independent projects
- Student research projects span the broad field of micro-electronics and micro-fabrication (e.g. MEMS, Microfluidics, Solid-state devices)
