BYU-Idaho corporate rate is ~78.00.

When you make your reservation, state that you are "a guest of BYU" and request the BYU corporate rate. Since we will not be holding any of our meetings at the hotel, we don't have a contract with them. Consequently, there is no official "cut-off date" for obtaining this rate. However, if the hotel is full (for some reason), then this rate may not be available. If you wish to stay in any of the other hotels in Rexburg, you are welcome to do so. I think it might be nice, in the name of comradarie, if we all stayed in the same place.

To see how to get from the hotel to the BYU-I campus, see the local area map: The hotel is on W. 4th S. half way in between S. 4th W. and S. 5th W. Note that W. Yellowstone Hightway turns in to W. 4th S. as it enters the Rexburg street grid.

I anticipate that most of you will drive to Rexburg, Idaho. Rexburg is located in southeastern Idaho. For those of you who need to fly (Eastern Montana, Region Officers), the nearest airport is in Idaho Falls. Follow this link for driving directions and links to airport shuttle information.

A continental breakfast is included with the room. Lunch will be provided Saturday approximately 12:00 noon. You will be reimbursed for any other meals as part of yourtravel to/from Rexburg, but you'll have to make your own arrangemens.
