Welcome to the group webpage of Professor Aaron Hawkins, Electrical and Computer Engineering Department, Brigham Young University. Our research focuses on creating structures on the micro and nanoscales. Much of our research takes place in the Integrated Microfabrication Laboratory, BYU's on-campus cleanroom. We develop new fabrication techniques while utilizing established methods from the semiconductor industry. Evaluating our micro/nanoscale structures requires computer modeling, microscopy, and optical and electrical testing.
